题目:先进三维微纳加工技术及其纳米光子学应用

摘要:To date, the drive to realize three-dimensional (3D) plasmonic nanostructures, such as optical metamaterials, metasurfaces and nano-antennas, faces major challenges in producing metallic nanostructures with sophisticated shapes, easily definable orientations, and smooth surfaces that are operational in the optical region. Here we report on two of our recent progresses in the advanced 3D nanofabrication and their applications in nanophotonics. The first is direct laser writing of symmetry-broken spiral tapers for 3D polarization-insensitive plasmonic focusing, which has been successfully demonstrated as a near-field scanning optical probe. The second is focused-ion-beam based shape transformation of exotic 3D metamaterials and metasurfaces, which exhibited exceptional Fano resonances and giant optical chirality. These two methodologies could help to produce unique 3D plasmonic nanostructures opening up new avenues for the intriguing manipulation of light-matter interaction.

简历:李家方,中科院物理所副研究员。2002年与2005年分别于南开大学吕可诚教授课题组获学士、硕士学位,2009年于澳大利亚斯文本科技大学顾敏教授/院士课题组获博士学位,2017年9-12月于麻省理工学院学院方绚莱教授课题组进行访问研究,2009年7月开始在中科院物理所光物理实验室从事纳米光子学方面的工作。研究聚焦于纳米光子学及三维纳米制造领域,特别是三维表面等离激元结构及光子晶体结构中光和物质的相互作用,并致力于发展激光直写、聚焦离子束折叠等三维微纳加工技术与应用,获得若干创新性成果。在Science Advances, Light: Science & applications, Advanced Materials,Laser & Photonics Review, Small, Advanced Optical Materials等国内外学术期刊上已接收/发表文章60余篇,引用1000余次(Google Scholar)。
